ST. GEORGE'S PARK EXPERIENCE

Home to England’s 24 national teams,  St. George’s Park provides a world-class training environment for any team or athlete striving for excellence.

This £105m facility, set in 330-acres of Staffordshire countryside, is the home to England’s 28 national teams. With 13 outdoor pitches, including a replica of the Wembley surface, a full-size indoor 3G pitch, a suite of rehabilitation and sports science areas, and an indoor futsal sports hall, St. George’s Park provides world-class facilities for all England teams ahead of international fixtures. St. George’s Park is also the home of FA Education and delivers all FA national coach education courses. The range of courses, covering a variety of disciplines, will help communicate the England DNA philosophy, which outlines a vision for the future England teams and players.

Futsal Experience - Show us your tricks. And learn some new ones. Unleash your skills in this fast-paced 5-a-side format, and receive expert guidance on our international standard Futsal court.

 

Performance Centre - The Performance Centre has been designed for elite athletes and provides the ultimate training and rehabilitation hub for teams.

Outdoor Leadership Centre - Bring learning to life.  Choose from experiential development programmes for teams, a fun and memorable team building session at the state-of-the-art outdoor centre.

Sports Science and Performance is integral to St. George’s Park. The Performance Centre at St. George’s Park is a bespoke sports medicine, rehabilitation and human performance facility which combines cutting-edge technology with elite medical expertise.

St. George’s Park provides a unique setting for developing high performing teams and leaders. The Outdoor Leadership Centre, operated by Grahame Robb Associates delivers development programmes in the areas of leadership, management and team building. Visitors to the site will enjoy world class facilities and impressive accommodation with a 228 bedroom Hilton hotel catering for individuals, groups or team bookings, along with major sporting or business conferences and banquets.

 

Onsite Facilities include:

  • Indoor 3G pitch – 120m x 80m indoor hall with a full size 105m x 68m Desso I-DNA fibre artificial football pitch built to a FIFA 2 star standard, equipped with a 200 person viewing gallery

  • Running track – located adjacent to the indoor 3G pitch, the 60m three lane sprint track features a specialist power plate which can track the speed, gait and running characteristics of athletes

  • Indoor hall – 60m x 40m with sprung floor and capacity for Futsal, plus football pitches for the partially-sighted

  • External pitches – 12 external pitches, five of which have floodlighting and undersoil heating. The pitches will accommodate full-size and seven-a-side elite football and coaching for all age groups

  • Running hill – 30m outdoor training and fitness hill positioned at a 20 degree angle for fitness and conditioning
